Clima Flash Pulse processes NEXRAD Level III radar data in real-time, triangulating precipitation patterns within a 0.3-mile radius of your GPS coordinates. The engine analyzes reflectivity values, storm cell velocity, and atmospheric pressure gradients to generate minute-by-minute precipitation forecasts with 92% accuracy for the next 60 minutes.
Unlike traditional weather apps that pull hourly forecasts from national services, Flash Pulse runs a proprietary nowcasting algorithm locally on your device. This means when a storm cell forms 12 miles away moving at 35 mph, you receive a push notification 18 minutes before the first raindrop hits your exact location.
The alert system categorizes weather events into five severity tiers: light precipitation, moderate rain, heavy downpour, severe thunderstorm, and extreme weather warning.
